Pengembangan Nilai Fleksibilitas Peran melalui Kesenian Lengger untuk Penyelesaian Role Conflict Siswa SMP

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan modul bimbingan konseling berbasis budaya lokal melalui kesenian Tari Lengger untuk menanamkan nilai fleksibilitas peran dalam penyelesaian role conflict siswa SMP. Latar belakang penelitian ini adalah banyaknya siswa yang mengalami kebingungan membagi waktu antara belajar dan aktivitas non-akademik, yang berdampak pada prestasi serta kondisi emosional. Penelitian menggunakan metode Research and Development (R&D) dengan pendekatan campuran. Subjek penelitian adalah delapan siswa kelas IX yang dipilih dengan purposive sampling. Data dikumpulkan melalui analisis tematik dan kuesioner pre–post serta evaluasi modul. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan siswa mengalami konflik peran kategori tinggi, namun memiliki fleksibilitas peran yang juga tinggi. Modul BK berbasis Tari Lengger memperoleh penilaian sangat tinggi dari aspek kejelasan, relevansi, daya tarik, dan kemanfaatan. Modul ini efektif sebagai alternatif layanan BK berbasis budaya lokal.
