College entrance exams require prospective students to possess high academic grit. In digital learning communities, self-management is essential for independent learning, while peer support helps maintain motivation and consistency. This study aims to analyze the influence of self-management and peer support on academic grit among prospective students in the StudyTwt community. The study used a quantitative approach, with multiple linear regression analysis, involving 100 respondents. The results showed that self-management (B = 0.323; p < 0.0001) and peer support (B = 0.321; p < 0.0001) significantly influenced academic grit. The adjusted R² value of 0.562 indicates that these two variables explain 56.2% of the variation in academic grit. This finding confirms that academic grit is formed through the interaction of internal and external factors. Therefore, Guidance and Counselling services in secondary schools should develop self-management skills and facilitate peer support to strengthen students' academic resilience as they transition to college.
