Abstract

Vocational High School graduates are required to have well-prepared work readiness to face competition in the industrial world. However, at SMK Ganesa Satria 2 Depok, the process of evaluating students' readiness through work test simulations is still conducted conventionally, making the assessment tend to be subjective and time-consuming. This research aims to design an online learning system that integrates a work test simulation feature by applying the Simple Additive Weighting method as a decision support system to evaluate student readiness. The system development method used is the Waterfall model, which includes requirements analysis, design, implementation, and testing. The SAW calculation is performed by considering criteria such as answer accuracy, completion speed, and understanding of basic concepts. The research results indicate that the system developed is capable of automatically processing simulation data and providing an objective ranking of student readiness. The implementation of this system is expected to assist the school in monitoring student progress and to make it easier for students to prepare for actual job selection processes.
