Sistem Pendukung Keputusan untuk Pengadaan Alat Kesehatan terhadap Klien PT Citra Naya Medika dengan Metode AHP

Abstract

The problem faced is that there is no Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method used to accelerate the process of determining the priority of medical devices for PT Citra Naya Medika clients and the criteria used in the process of determining the procurement of medical devices at PT Citra Naya Medika are not yet optimal, which include the criteria for the number of transactions, distance from the client's location, amount of payment, and purchase history. The purpose of designing a decision support system for the procurement of medical devices for clients is to make it easier for leaders to choose clients and the calculation process is computerized using the AHP method. The method used in this study is the Analytical Hierarchy Process in solving the problems that have been studied. The results obtained in this study are to produce a report on client priority data for the procurement of medical devices at PT Citra Naya Medika which is accurate so that it can help in making strategies in the future. The application system that has been designed is suitable for use in the process of procuring medical devices for clients at PT Citra Naya Medika because it is in accordance with the needs, so that it can facilitate the administration in the process of inputting data and making reports.
