Aplikasi Manajemen Operasional Kedai Cinta Berbasis Web Menggunakan Laravel dan Tailwind CSS

Abstract

Three employees manually manage Kedai Cinta, a small culinary business in Surakarta City. The primary challenges in day-to-day operations stem from the traditional methods of stock recording, sales transactions, and financial reports. The manual process causes the risk of recording errors, transaction delays, and data inaccuracies. To overcome these problems, this study aims to develop a web-based operational management information system using the Laravel and Tailwind CSS frameworks. This system is designed to manage inventory data, sales transactions, and report generation automatically and in a structured manner. The system development was carried out using the waterfall method, which includes the stages of requirements analysis, planning, design, implementation, and testing. The results of the implementation show that the system can automatically record transactions, make financial reports, and give real-time stock information. System testing was carried out using the grey box testing method to check technical functionality, as well as expert testing involving two IT practitioners and the owner of Kedai Cinta to assess the advantages and disadvantages and provide suggestions. The test results indicated that the system is easy to use, improves work efficiency, and reduces manual errors. Development suggestions include adding a low stock notification feature, integration with a payment gateway, and providing system documentation or guidelines. With this system, Kedai Cinta's operations have become more organized, efficient, and ready to grow in the digital era.
