Analisis Sistem Try Out TOEIC Preparation Politeknik Negeri Bali Menggunakan Metode System Usability Scale (SUS) Dan User Acceptance Testing (UAT)

The TOEIC (Test of English for International Communication) is one of the international standards for measuring English language proficiency, which is important for students in preparing to enter the workforce. The Bali State Polytechnic has developed a TOEIC Preparation Try Out system as a training medium to improve students' readiness for the TOEIC test. This study aims to analyze the level of usability and user acceptance of the system using the System Usability Scale (SUS) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) methods. The testing was conducted on 10 student respondents. The SUS results showed an average score of 93.5, which falls into the Excellent category, indicating a very good level of usability. Direct testing through UT resulted in an average task completion rate of 94%, although there were obstacles in some features. Meanwhile, the UAT results showed a pass rate of 96.55% (28 out of 29 test cases passed), with one discrepancy in the scenario when the time to complete the questions ran out. Overall, the system was found to be easy to use, in line with user needs, and suitable for implementation as a TOEIC practice medium for students at the Bali State Polytechnic.
