Sistem Pendukung Keputusan Menentukan Pilihan Bahan Kaos Sablon Terbaik pada PT Urusdo Kreasi Indonesia Berbasis Simple Additive Weighting

Selecting the best fabric for screen-printed T-shirts is a multi-criteria decision-making process that considers factors such as fabric surface quality, comfort, durability, and price to support production and sales at PT Urusdo Kreasi Indonesia. Currently, this process is still carried out manually and subjectively, leading to time inefficiencies and the risk of incorrect fabric selection. This study applies a decision support system using the simple additive weighting method to provide objective recommendations. The data was processed through stages of decision matrix normalisation and criterion weighting (C1: 0.35, C2: 0.3, C3: 0.2, C4: 0.15). The results of the study indicate that polyester (A4) is the best choice, with the highest preference value of 0.81. The implementation of this system has proven effective in helping management make material procurement decisions in a more transparent and efficient manner.
