Analisis Persepsi Keadilan Distributif Terhadap Tingkat Social Loafing Peserta Didik

Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh dan kontribusi persepsi keadilan distributif terhadap tingkat social loafing peserta didik. Populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu sebanyak 128 peserta didik kelas VII SMP Negeri 2 Godean dengan sampel penelitian sebanyak 95 peserta didik yang ditentukan berdasarkan teknik sampling simple random sampling. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan mixed method dengan model sequential explanatory. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data dapat diketahui bahwa persepsi keadilan distributif secara signifikan negatif berpengaruh terhadap tingkat social loafing peserta didik dengan pengaruh sebesar 33,8%. Hal ini ditunjukkan dari hasil nilai koefisien R Square sebesar 0,338 dan hasil rhitung -0,581 > rtabel 0,202. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa semakin rendah persepsi keadilan distributif maka semakin tinggi tingkat social loafing peserta didik SMP Negeri 2 Godean, dan sebaliknya. Adapun berdasarkan hasil wawancara mendalam maka dapat diketahui bahwa persepsi keadilan distributif berkontribusi dalam meningkatnya social loafing peserta didik. Hal ini karena ketika peserta didik merasa bahwa pembagian nilai tidak mencerminkan kontribusi setiap anggota akan berdampak pada munculnya perasaan tidak adil, kecewa, dan kurang dihargai, yang kemudian mengakibatkan peserta didik mengurangi motivasi dan keinginannya untuk berkontribusi dalam tugas kelompok.
