Perbedaan Tingkat Burnout Akademik Ditinjau dari Jenis Sekolah dan Jenis Kelamin Pada Siswa

Kelelahan akademik merupakan respons psikologis yang kompleks terhadap tekanan. Kelelahan dalam konteks akademik dapat menyebabkan berbagai masalah mental dan akademis. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis perbedaan tingkat kelelahan akademik berdasarkan jenis kelamin dan jenis sekolah. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah Seluruh Siswa SMA Negeri Kabupaten Bekasi dan MAN Negeri Kota Bekasi dengan Jumlah 6.029, Pengambilan Sampel menggunakan Tabel Isaac dan Michael dengan taraf kesalahan sebesar 5%, sehingga diperoleh jumlah sampel sebanyak 330 siswa. Analisis Data Menggunakan uji Two-Way ANOVA berbantuan SPSS Versi 26. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa (1) Terdapat perbedaan signifikan dalam tingkat kelelahan akademik berdasarkan jenis kelamin(2) Tidak ditemukan perbedaan signifikan berdasarkan jenis sekolah dan (3) Tidak terdapat Perbedaan interaksi antara jenis kelamin dan jenis sekolah.
