Penerapan Single-Session Therapy Berbasis Solution-Focused Brief Counseling dalam Menurunkan Stres Akademik Siswa

Penelitian ini mengkaji penerapan single-session therapy (SST) berbasis Solution-Focused Brief Counseling (SFBC) untuk membantu siswa SMP mengelola stres akademik. Dengan pendekatan kualitatif studi kasus, lima siswa mengikuti satu sesi konseling daring. Data diperoleh dari transkrip, catatan konselor, dan refleksi konseli pascasesi. Analisis menyoroti teknik inti SFBC-miracle question, scaling, dan future talk. Hasil menunjukkan SST-SFBC membantu siswa mengenali kekuatan diri, mengubah cara pandang terhadap masalah, dan meningkatkan kepercayaan diri menghadapi tekanan akademik. Temuan penelitian kami sebelumnya menunjukkan penurunan skor stres akademik dalam intervensi SFBC multi-sesi secara daring, di mana rata-rata kelompok eksperimen turun dari 120,8 menjadi 101,6, sementara kelompok kontrol meningkat sedikit dari 128,6 menjadi 131,8, sedangkan studi ini berfokus pada pendekatan kualitatif sesi tunggal untuk menelusuri pengalaman dan persepsi siswa dalam menurunkan stres akademik. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa SFBC efektif dan fleksibel untuk mengurangi stres akademik dalam konteks pembelajaran digital. Studi ini memperluas penerapan SFBC dalam konteks single-session counseling sekolah dan menegaskan relevansinya untuk layanan konseling digital.
