Analisis Usability Website QuickEdu Menggunakan System Usability Scale pada Siswa SMAN 16 Surabaya

E-learning is an electronic-based information technology application via the internet designed for learning purposes. SMAN 16 Surabaya has implemented e-learning since 2014. However, SMAN 16 Surabaya has not yet committed to evaluating their information technology, including the QuickEdu website. One method that can be used to evaluate the use of technology or applications is usability analysis. Usability is a quality attribute that evaluates how easy a user interface can be used. Usability testing is expected to encourage users to return to the website. In this research, the method used to test usability is the System Usability Scale (SUS). The research objects are students of SMAN 16 Surabaya who have used the QuickEdu website. The sampling technique used is proportionate stratified random sampling. From 300 respondents, the average SUS score for the QuickEdu website was 71.93 with Adjective Ratings classified as Good, Grade Scales (letter grade scale) included a C, and Acceptability Ranges (acceptability range) classified as Acceptable. Suggestions for improvement for QuickEdu include improving ease of navigation and clarity of features, standardizing the appearance and terminology for consistency, increasing the speed, stability, and clarity of system feedback, and providing training or interactive guides for new users.
