Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the Student Facilitator and Explaining (SFAE) cooperative learning model assisted by Canva on student learning outcomes on global warming material at SMA PAB4 Sampali, as well as to analyze the magnitude of the increase in learning outcomes after the implementation of the model. This study is a quasi-experiment with a two-group pretest-posttest design. The study population included all students of class X SMAPAB4 Sampali, with a sample of two classes: X IPAS 2 (27 students) as the experimental class taught using the SFAE model assisted by Canva, and X IPAS 3 (27 students) as the kontrol class who received conventional learning. Quantitative data were collected through standardized multiple-choice tests on validated global warming material. Analysis using the t-test and N Gain showed that the average pretest-posttest score of the experimental class increased from 41,98 to 82,96, while the kontrol class from 40,49 to 73,33 These results indicate a significant difference in improvement; The application of the SFAE type cooperative model assisted by Canva has a positive and effective effect on improving student learning outcomes on global warming material.
