Pengembangan Skala KOMPAS-AI : Pengukuran Kompetensi Kesiapan Psikologis Adaptif terhadap AI untuk Pekerja Indonesia

Abstract

Transformasi digital menuntut pekerja memiliki psychological readiness dan adaptive competencies towards Artificial Intelligence (AI). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan KOMPAS-AI, yaitu instrumen dua domain yang mengukur Psychological Readiness (skala Likert) dan AI Adaptability (Situational Judgment Test/SJT). Integrasi kedua subtes ini selaras dengan kerangka OCRBS, sehingga memungkinkan pemetaan kesiapan yang komprehensif, mencakup keyakinan internal serta kompetensi perilaku adaptif yang diperlukan dalam interaksi manusia–AI. Dengan menggunakan desain mixed-method, instrumen ini dikembangkan melalui analisis konten kualitatif yang diikuti dengan validasi kuantitatif yang melibatkan 311 pekerja Indonesia untuk memastikan kualitas psikometrik yang kuat. Analisis faktor konfirmatori (Confirmatory Factor Analysis/CFA) menunjukkan bahwa model multidimensional dengan penyederhanaan item memiliki tingkat kecocokan model terbaik, yang mengonfirmasi bahwa kedua domain tersebut berfungsi sebagai satu kompetensi adaptif yang utuh. Uji reliabilitas menunjukkan konsistensi internal yang sangat tinggi, dengan nilai McDonald's Omega sebesar 0,933 untuk psychological readiness dan 0,855 untuk AI Adaptability. Temuan lain menunjukkan bahwa domain SJT memiliki invariansi pengukuran yang ketat antar gender, sehingga bebas dari bias. Hasil ini mengindikasikan bahwa KOMPAS-AI merupakan alat diagnostik yang kuat dan adil, serta siap diimplementasikan secara luas di berbagai sektor industri dan instansi pemerintah di Indonesia untuk menilai kesiapan tenaga kerja dan mendukung pengembangan sumber daya manusia di era AI.
