Technostress, Kesejahteraan, dan Resiliensi Digital pada Kaum Muda: Analisis Bibliometrik Tren Riset Global 2015–2025

Penetrasi teknologi digital dalam kehidupan kaum muda memunculkan ketegangan ganda antara risiko psikologis, technostress dan distres daring, peluang bagi kesejahteraan serta resiliensi digital, namun literaturnya masih terfragmentasi dan belum tersintesis secara menyeluruh. Penelitian ini memetakan struktur intelektual, tren produktivitas, dan lintasan perkembangan riset global tentang technostress, digital well-being, dan resiliensi resiliensi digital pada kaum muda. Analisis bibliometrik dilakukan terhadap 207 dokumen yang ditelusuri dari basis data Scopus untuk periode publikasi 2015–2025 yang mencakup 152 sumber dan 791 penulis, menggunakan bibliometrix melalui antarmuka Biblioshiny, mencakup analisis kinerja dan pemetaan sains. Bidang ini tumbuh eksponensial sebesar 41,27% per tahun, dengan technostress, digital well-being, dan resiliensi digital sebagai simpul konseptual utama. China, Amerika Serikat, dan Indonesia menjadi kontributor paling produktif. Evolusi tematik memperlihatkan pergeseran fokus dari deskripsi risiko menuju pengukuran, intervensi, dan penguatan resiliensi digital. Temuan ini menegaskan bidang yang masih muda namun strategis sekaligus menawarkan arah konkret bagi psikolog, konselor, dan pendidik dalam penguatan literasi digital, pengembangan intervensi resiliensi digital, dan pencegahan technostress pada kaum muda.
