Bioplastic Preservation Training for Teachers and Students of SMAN 9 Luwu

Abstract

Biodiversity subject in senior high school requires preserved living things as a learning medium. Bioplastic preservation can be an alternative way to preserve living things that is environmentally friendly and durable. This activity aims to teach the bioplastic preservation method to teachers and students of SMAN 9 Luwu. This activity was carried out in three stages, namely observation and analysis, training, and analysis of results. The training was carried out by introducing the bioplastic preservation method, with the lecture method and practice of making bioplastic preservation. The results of the community service show that the activities carried out were successful, as indicated by 80% of participants understanding the bioplastic preservation method.
