Strategi Produser Dalam Menangani Risiko Ketidakpastian Pada Tahap Pascaproduksi Jarak Jauh Di Film Pendek Hibrid Jude

Teknologi merancang gambar bergerak telah memberikan kepraktisan, termasuk pengerjaan pascaproduksi jarak jauh. Pascaproduksi jarak jauh dalam film pendek hibrid JUDE dilaksanakan dengan pertimbangan atas keterbatasan yang dimiliki oleh tim. Penulis—sebagai seorang produser—bertanggung jawab dalam mengantisipasi dan mengelola risiko ketidakpastian yang akan terjadi pada saat proses pascaproduksi jarak jauh. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui strategi produser dalam pengelolaan risiko ketidakpastian dan mengetahui bagaimana pelaksanaan pascaproduksi secara jarak jauh. Strategi Penulis dalam menanggulangi uncertainty risk dalam pascaproduksi JUDE dilakukan dengan mengidentifikasi risiko lewat matriks known dan unknown dalam tahapan pascaproduksi jarak jauh, kemudian meninjau dan mengelola risiko tersebut berdasarkan dari sumber literatur dan pengalaman empiris Penulis dan tim. Pada uncertainty risk yang diperoleh, terdapat empat indikator, di antaranya known-known yang mengantisipasi workflow dan efek visual (VFX) secara remote, known-unknown yang meliputi masalah penyimpanan data secara daring dan perangkat secara teknis, unknown-known yang mengoreksi cara preview dan umpan-balik secara remote serta file management, dan unknown-unknown yang mengantisipasi force majeure dan ketentuan distribusi dari setiap festival film. Berdasarkan dari pengklasifikasian tersebut, pengelolaan risiko yang dilaksanakan terhadap klasifikasi tersebut bisa dikatakan efisien karena komunikasi yang dilakukan menumbuhkan awareness dan pemahaman tim dalam menjalankan proses pascaproduksi jarak jauh secara cepat, efisien dan terarah.
