Santri jenjang SMA pada Pesantren Darussofa kurang memiliki pemahaman yang jelas tentang tipe kepribadian, minat dan bakat mereka, sehingga mereka kesulitan dalam memilih program studi yang sesuai untuk melanjutkan ke pendidikan tinggi. Urgensi dari kondisi tersebut memerlukan panduan yang dapat digunakan bagi santri dan pesantren untuk memberikan arahan keberlanjutan pendidikan ke jenjang yang lebih tinggi. Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat dari Fakultas Telematika Energi ITPLN memberikan solusi berupa panduan rekomendasi pemilihan program studi berupa aplikasi berbasis website. Tujuan PKM ini adalah memberikan hasil rekomendasi pemilihan program studi dilengkapi dengan konsultasi pakar psikolog terkait tipe kepribadian, minat dan bakat, serta nilai akademik. Model minat dan bakat berbasis kecerdasan buatan yang dibuat dalam bentuk aplikasi Career Path telah diimplementasikan dan akan terus dikembangkan. Hasil evaluasi berupa kepuasan pengguna terhadap model menunjukan tingkat satisfaction/kepuasan sebesar 90%. Hal ini dapat dijadikan kerjasama berupa kemitraan utama yaitu sekolah (SMA sederajat) , kampus dan psikolog telah dijalin
